1. General
1.1 All Bonus Cards will be issued by Friends Medien as the operator of the Multi-Partner Bonus Program 'Go Friends Gay Rewards’ which provides members to earn, collect, use and redeem bonus points, credited through partner businesses while shopping or enjoying their services.
1.2 Membership is based on a contract between the member and Friends Medien, Köhlstr. 13, 71636 Ludwigsburg/Germany, which includes the following terms and conditions.

2. Registration
2.1 Membership is available to persons only with age 18 or older.
2.2 Registration can be made online or by using registration forms available at partner businesses. Submission of the registration form autmatically declares your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the 'Go Friends' Bonus Program. Translation of terms and conditions in various languages is for courtesy. Precedently is the original version in German language. Should any single paragraph of this terms be or become ineffective, this shall be without prejudice to the remaining paragraphs.
2.3 Upon submission of your registration a personal card account will be opened and issued while your Bonus Card will be sent to you by regular mail.
2.4 In addition a pre-liminary issue of a card account might be available at one of Go Friends’ partner businesses. You may earn point with these temporary cards/account numbers, while redemptions can be made after you have completed an online registration at Go Friends.  

3. The Card
3.1 Besides the 'Go Friends' standard bonus cards, Friends Medien allows partner businesses and community associations the promotion and issue of corporate cards which also may include side functions (membership, multiple-entry cards, etc.). Corporate cards are regular 'Go Friends' bonus cards with all rights and functions within the 'Go Friends' network and must be accepted by all partner businesses.
3.2 Actual and available card designs are provided within the registration process and might be limited by using pre-coded flyers provided by partner businesses or when filing a registration through a partner site.
3.3 Your 'Go Friends' membership is totally FREE! Partner businesses may charge you for their corporate cards if side functions are added - please check their additional conditions.
3.4 If you detect the loss of your bonus card please inform Friends Medien immediately. After you have reported a lost (or stolen) card Friends Medien will immediately block your account to protect against misuse. There is no guarantee and Friends Medien cannot be held responsable for that issue.
3.5 Account balances might be transfered to another card if the cardholder is the same person.
3.6 Balance transfers will be charged with a nominal fee of € 3,-, by deducting 300 points from your transfered account balance. No fees will be charged for corporate cards if your membership in an organisation has been terminated or if a partner business terminates his partnership with 'Go Friends'. In order to transfer balances you must sent your current card to Friends Medien..

4. Earn Points
4.1 While shopping and/or buying services at one of the 'Go Friends' partner businesses you will earn Bonus Points. No points will be given if prohibited by legal regulations. Outside the eurozone's member countries the '€' might be replaced by the local currency (CHF/$/£).
4.2 Points credits can be handled individually by each partner business. Usually 1 Point per 1 Euro spent at PREMIUM PARTNERS and 1 Point per 2 Euro spent at REWARD & ONLINE PARTNER will be credited to your card account. Some partner may offer fixed credits which are posted in the partner description. Outside the eurozone's member countries the '€' might be replaced by the local currency (CHF/$/£).
Partner businesses may reward you with additional points on selected goods, restriced hours or just for your visit. Up-to-date point schedules are provided at www.go-friends.com in each partner description. Precedently is the information given at local partner businesses or posted on their websites.
4.3 In order to earn points you must present your bonus card prior starting a payment process. Each transaction will be confirmed individually by the 'Go Friends' partner through a printed receipt or a text message sent to your mobile phone. Incorrect transactions must be cleared directly with the partner business.
4.4 In case of false transactions, returning of goods and unpaid invoices Friends Medien or their partner businesses have the right to correct or cancel already credited points and rewards.
4.5 Credited points will automatically deleted from your account if not used or redeemed within 36 months.

5. Use & Redeem Points
5.1 Once you've collected points you can redeem or use them at any Go Friends PREMIUM PARTNER: 1 Point is valued at € 0,01 (1 ct). Outside the eurozone's member countries the '€' might be replaced by the local currency (CHF/$/£).
5.2 Bonus points can be used in return for goods and services only. Purchases made with bonus points will not be rewarded.
5.3 In order to use/redeem bonus points at a PREMIUM PARTNER you must present your bonus card prior starting a payment process. Each transaction will be confirmed individually by the 'Go Friends' partner through a printed receipt or a text message sent to your mobile phone. Incorrect transactions must be cleared directly with the partner business.
5.4 Go Friends also offers a Reward Shop where you’ll be able to trade-in your points for quality offers.
5.5 As per request we’ll also cash-in your point balance at the value listed in 5.1, and transfer the amount (a € 5,- fee will be deducted) to your checking account within the eurozone. Bank account must be under your name you have registered at Go Friends.

6. Termination · Change of Terms
6.1 You may terminate your 'Go Friends' membership at any time. Termination must be in writing and sent to us by mail.
6.2 Termination of this agreement/contract through Friends Medien can be made with a 30 day notice.
6.3 In any case of a termination you must return your bonus card to Friends Medien. Account balances will be transfered to a checking account within the eurozone (a € 3,- fee will be deducted). In order to do so you must provide us with your bank details and, the account holder must be your registered name.
6.4 Friends Medien has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be sent/mailed to you prior they become effective.
